BURNLINE FIELD AUDIT · HOMEOWNER INTAKE

Score your home in under a minute

Photo of your home’s riskiest side

Your photo is analyzed and discarded. We never store images or locations.

How it works

  1. 01

    Step back, one photo

Stand roughly 30 feet from the riskiest side of your home. Capture ground to roofline, fence to fence, in daylight.

  2. 02

    Zone-by-zone read

Burnline inspects Zone 0 (0–5 ft), Zone 1 (5–30 ft), and Zone 2 (30–100 ft) against Cal Fire and Colorado defensible-space guidelines.

  3. 03

    Top three fixes

You get a 0–100 Burnline Score, rated findings for each zone, and the three fixes that move the needle with an adjuster.

Your photo is discarded after analysis

Burnline forwards your image to Gemini for visual analysis, receives the zone findings, and drops the image from memory. We do not persist photos to disk, logs, or any database. We store only what you choose to share after the reveal: your email, the numeric score, and an optional ZIP.

Burnline is a mitigation pre-screening tool, not a formal IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home certification. Use it as supporting evidence for insurance and home-hardening conversations, not as a substitute for a field inspection.
